I'm an experienced horticulturist, holistic bush regenerator, and food grower based in Meanjin/Brisbane. My hands-on experience spans commercial market gardening in Brisbane, agroforestry practices in Brazil, and extensive bush regeneration work with both private landowners and local councils. I design and manage gardens that reflect each client's vision while supporting local ecosystems.

My approach was shaped early on by time spent with my family living and working alongside Brazil's Landless Workers' Movement (MST), a large social movement of rural families fighting for access to land and a right to a livelihood. I witnessed transformation of degraded land into thriving, productive farms through observation and knowledge of the land, patience, and working together as a community. The experience taught me that anyone can transform a landscape, regardless of their resources, and it's a belief I carry into every garden I design today.

I work and volunteer at Northey Street City Farm, where I continue to learn from and contribute to a community growing food sustainably in the heart of Brisbane. I also lead a bushcare group in Tarragindi, helping native plants and wildlife return to the area.

My approach goes far beyond conventional gardening. I design resilient landscapes that work harmoniously with nature's intelligence rather than fighting against it. This means understanding how plants naturally interact with each other, building healthy soil, and creating gardens that become more resilient over time.
